Good place to live Me and my family been here a month. I like it. It’s quite on our floor.I like our view look across the parking lot. I get good sunlight in my apartment. I am happy we move here.

Very happy here My husband and I have been at crown villa for close to 3 years. We have lived in 2 different units. We started in a 1 den And transfered to a 2 den (my favorite!) Both units were very spacious and have amazing lighting. I do however miss the view from out 1 den, because it was the nature preserve and we saw so many birds and animals. THIS VIEW I want to just touch on the face that I have the best view ever from my apartment. I am on the 3rd floor and my place looks right out over the nature preserve. It is truly breathtaking! Out of the 47 apartments (kidding ,but seriously) I looked at before deciding on Crown Villa, I did not see any amazing views accompanied by an updated apartment, beautiful building, and safe environment for me and my daughter!

Wish I didn't have to leave I finally purchased my own home and am out of the apartment world (for now). I wanted to leave a review for crown villa because I had lived there for 3 years, and never had any issues. Angel the maintenance guy always fixed my stuff in a timely manner and even offered to help me hang pictures, art, ect over the years. The building is always clean and kept nice. Poor Maintenance I slipped and fell twice because of ice in the parking lot. I also saw a neighbor fell in the parking too because of ice. They just do not salt the parking lot, perhaps it is the management's way of saving cost. Some of the walkways are also slippery during winter, more could definitely be done to ensure that these areas are safe for the residents. Could not wait to move out of this place!

Poor Management Although the exterior of the apartment building looks nice, it is only after moving in that we realise that that should not be the only deciding factor in renting a place. The Management of this Apartment run the property by treating the tenants like children. They set very strict rules for tenants, for example no footwear allowed outside your apartment(at your very own door step), trash has to be properly bagged etc. Will always receive notification of new rules every couple of months. Nope nope nope This place was amazing two years ago when I moved in. Now, it’s a dump. They let four people squeeze into a one bedroom apartment. No upkeep on the interior this past year. There are maggots in the exterior trash cans. Upon move out, I was told it was ok to leave the contact paper in the kitchen cupboards. Big surprise, I got charged $100 for them having to remove said contact paper. Find somewhere else to live, this place is not worth the price tag anymore.

New staff, change for the worst I lived at Crown Villa for almost 2 years. I loved it as it was always spotless, smelled clean -well kept, quite & friendly staff. Then, Shelly our caretaker left & Gloria our office manger left and everything went downhill. The bldg was dirty, trash baskets never emptied, halls never vacuumed. Such a drastic change. Crown Villa Apartment Homes Very nice apartment, quiet, close to shopping, easy on and off of freeway. Movie theater across the street. Lots of restaurants nearby as well.
