Crown Villa My two years there were very good. The managers truly made you feel appreciated. Mostly a quiet place. Some families with kids but not too rowdy. They keep it clean.

Unresponsive staff I have been living here for just over two years, and my experience has been that whenever I contact management via e-mail or text, they ignore me until I beg or bully them into getting some attention. I have probably had 6-8 times where I have needed to contact them for various routine things that are common for apartments, and every time it's just endless crickets. It's so frustrating that I decided to hit out. I am sick of it.

Don’t live here if you want your security deposit back. I cleaned this apartment and no stains were left of the carpet. They charged me $75 for a stain that was not from me. Pics are from some random carpet and were taken 6 days after I moved out. The office staff are rude and it’s only getting worse. They send maintenance in to fix things, if they break your property, they will ignore your requests to be reimbursed.

Slow If your trying to move in fast, not the place for you. Crazy hard to get ahold of the office.

A+ My husband and my children live in a 2 bedroom and love it here! Clean, quiet building. Love the extra amenities that are free of use like the gym and underground parking plus you get additional parking out front. I would recommend this community!

below par Outdated appliances, stained carpet, noisy neighbors due to paper thin walls and ceiling. They show your apartment in the middle of your sleeping time if you work 3rd shift, so very inconsiderate. Overpriced for what you get.

Overrated and not that good They claim to be premium. The only premium thing about the apartment is the tile bathroom floors and the price. For being way out in Woodbury, it's more expensive than plenty of Minneapolis and St. Paul apartments that are of comparable quality. Paper thin ceilings, so pray to God that you don't have a child who constantly runs back and forth and jumps upstairs with inconsiderate parents who don't do anything about it. Happy My sister and I are very happy that we chose crown villa. our 2+den is so spacious and bright. I love the underground parking and elevator access to every floor- makes getting around much easier. Angel, the maintenance person even carried my heavy package upstairs for me, he is so sweet.

Crown villa I just have to gloat about my apartment building real quick. I went on vacation last week, and our awsome staff literally took care of the 50 packages I had delivered, and helped me get my internet set up all while I was gone. I know this is not they're job, but the staff her literary goes above and beyond for the residents. I have never felt so humbled.
