Poor sales management! They evaluated my Toyota car based on carfax evaluation! Lol Plus Can someone explain to them that they’re not selling gold! So prices would fluctuate within a week! Mustafa, you’re a bad loss of sales for ur business!
I don't recommend doing business at this dealership. I was there for almost 2 hours. They approved everything, then right at the last minute, they tried the old bait and switch. The guy tells me we are sorry the price is 4k higher than what they told us.. Sorry, but not sorry.
I needed to pick up a part that I ordered online. I showed up at 3:55pm on a Saturday. Parts department shows on their door that they close as 4:00pm. They wouldn’t let me in and said to return on Monday. If you aren’t going to service someone up to 4:00pm then change your time. Customers waste their time driving because your establishment can’t honor the operating hours.
I didn't have a great experience with the sales team, they kept me there way too late ng til midnight I was exhausted and would have signed my second or third born to get outta there but that was 15 years ago but I knew ve my Camry best car I've ever owned so I guess it was worth it. And I guess that why used car sales people have such a ruthless and uncaring bad reputation they've earned every bit of a bad reputation.
