salesperson, Alecia, was very informative. She explained all the features of my toyota even though it was after the dealership had closed for the evening. she stayed until she went over everthing. she worked with me regarding price, rebates & tent sale pricing. she did a very good job at helping me! the other staff i work with & met were very cordial & helpful.
It was the first time buying a car was an enjoyable experience. My sales person Alabama, was very knowledgeable about the vehicles, listened carefully and met all my needs. She even had videos to watch while she spoke to the various departments. Which made it so much easier to understand the features of my vehicle after I made my purchase. While the selection isn't the problem, the customer service certainly is. I wrote in asking about a Toyota Camry over the duration of a few days collecting information and expressing my interest to buy. I was then contacted by the general manager to continue negotiating. The issue here was they sold the car without any concern for (me) the buyer who had already expressed interest to buy and had invested time with them. Making sales is one thing but disregarding a customer is another.
I am a new commer in Winnepig. My experience in CROWN Toyota was really warm and helpful.
