Staff was good when we moved in, now not so much. Wouldn't recommend Pros: Across the street from a mega kroger Cons: Staff is consistently rude when dealing with any issue. Place is extremely unkempt, we were promised newer appliances and carpet when we moved in. Carpet was from the old residents and after 3 months of living here carpenters showed up asking to put down new carpet... Shower is moldy and leaky, baseboard heating makes your electric bill 75$ more but puts off as much heat as a lukewarm microwaved burrito. Circ... read more

Great Management. Building is quiet and clean. In my year of living here, I have not experienced 1 single problem. If I have a question, Stacey answers right away. She is very down to earth and understanding as well. Landscaping/ mowing is done every week, looks very manicured at all times. I also have not seen any bugs while living here, which is a big relief living in a community building. I highly recommend Crown Station. Close to everything you may need.

A Nice Place to Live I have been a tenant now for 3 years at Crown Station and I am very happy to be here!! and the rent is very reasonable!! I have had very few and little problems. Crown Station management has been super and very easy to work with when ever I have needed their support of others misbehaving around my apartment or when I may need work done. Great Place to Live I have lived at Crown Station for almost 3 years now and I love it! I've never experienced any issues. Stacey, the manager, is friendly and always very helpful if I ever have any questions. She also does a lot of events for the residents such as Easter egg hunts and pool parties which I think is nice. Don't move here I have lived here for six years now,never once been late on rent,never any complaints on me,but now they raise my rent$200 more a month,I'm on disability and can't pay that much so now I have to move,the manager he replays like she is your friend when she's not just to get info on you and others there.then she makes fun of your disability.corporate won't do anything about her.they don't do repairs as needed,office makes fun of people who have a hard time.bad place for ill people,they raise rent ever year just... read more

DON'T MOVE HERE!! I have been here for less then a year and I'm already trying to find somewhere need to live! I've had a broken window and broken screens since we moved in, our AC unit sucks and the baseboard heat doesn't work in all the rooms. the building is live in always smells like weed and there is a serious bug problem. There is also a constant fight over parking. The maintenance and management don't really care about anything except the money.
Crown Station Apartment BRG property This a good location everything is in walking distants so may places to get a jobs. I love the fact iam only 15 mintiues frome work it's quite thy have several little play ground for kids to play @ feel safe
Don't move here!!!! This place is a really bad place to live. The people at the office are rude and don't get stuff done. I been here two years both years the pool didn't open for a long time after they were supposes to. I had many problems that they won't fix. It's just ball all together!!!!
Crown station is horrible Cops are always here for couples arguing, people here get into other people's business, management does not care about anything accept the money. Have seen 2 apartments broke into in the year I was living here, seen the whole parking lot filled with cops. The building I live in constantly smells like weed! Cars get messed with at night, slashed tires etc. bed bugs are in some of the buildings so bad you don't even have to walk into a apartment to see them. The pool opens late every year.
