Called on Sunday during an active leak and was told the “On Call” person would call me back. He never called. Called first thing Monday morning and was told I needed to check with my builder first. I did that, called back two more times with no call back. Called again at 4:45 and initially someone named Angel answered but then promptly hung up on me and then would not answer the phone anymore after that. Terrible customer service!!

I have had terrible Water damage to my inside and outside walls, for over a year, Crown Roofing came to-day and did all the repairs, I could not be more grateful for such a perfect job.
