Honestly, We should've checked a bit further in all the reviews before making a decision to use Crown pools. The original install with pool was around $10K. First year wasn't too bad. Second year, pump went out. Got a new impeller and housing and was able to get it running again. 5th year now,, the liner has came loose from the top and started to sag. Called the installer, ----------- , and eventually(2 months later)came out to inspect. He attempted to "pull the liner" up and fix it. Upon doing this, he ripped the liner abou... read more
Love this pool store. The owners and all the employees are so friendly and helpful. Will not go to another store. So nice to be treated like family!!
The staff is so friendly and extremely helpful. We have tried multiple pool companies and at Crown Pools you truly get the white glove service!!
Awesome store and staff. Every time I'm here there's always somebody able to help me and fix my problem the first time. The owners are usually in the store and are very friendly and helpful. They will have my business as long as I have a pool.

They have saved our horrible initial install from a local company and we were so pleased to see the enormous difference from a piss-poor installation job.....to what the Mendez Installation did! They brought the proper equipment, leveled the ground the right way, had a rolling water compactor to compact the ground, installed the proper blocks under the posts, used proper level reading equipment, and did a fantastic job! ... read more
