Juvee and Darwin excellent as always.
Crown Plumbing came out on the weekend to check for a gas leak. They were very thorough, solved the problem and even called the next day to see if everything was working fine.

This company was called out to my residence on behalf of my rental agency. Simple job, shower drain smells, dry p-trap or simple clog. They came in around 10 AM, ran the water in both of the showers, and then said they needed to access the foundation.
