This is funny I had the same thing happen to me but different situation I am a realtor called to sch. a pest inspection as per usual no one answered the phone left message no one returned my call so I went to a different company since this happens quite often I will never be given Crown pest control my business and I will pass it along to other realtors-Realtor--04/21/09
In March I had tried to cancel my service called the office no one answered with is a normal thing went over to the answering machine left a message and as always no one returned my call, tech showed in April I told him that I had left a message last month to cancel and of course no one returned my call so I sent the tech away wasting his time due to poor customer service I WOULD NEVER recommend THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE and be sure I will tell my friends and neighbors about this terrible company-04/01/09--Mr A
