They have the worst service ever. Not only do they not know what they are doing they don't care how their actions effect you. They need to train their representatives or take responsibility for giving out incorrect information. I am now going on a month waiting for a refund. Every time I call I get a different answer, including from the supervisors. If you have the chance refinance with a different company!!!#!#
They suck period! So overbearing won't take a hint lol! I'm sick of these lying ppl!
Our mortgage also got sold to Greentree. We can't get them to fix our account and now they have turned it over to a debt collection agency. they say our taxes aren't paid even though we have sent them proof they are paid! We will get a collection letter.
My mortgage got sold to greentree and their service is the worst I have ever. Their people are rude. I would advise anyone to NOT use this company. They also charge an extra 12$ to make a payment that is ridiculous
