Crown made my beautiful engagement ring. We live in Maryland but I make a point to wait until we are back in GA every 6m to go get my ring looked at and cleaned. This July I got new wedding bands and had them sauntered together and with our short time frame Crowns accommodated me. The customer service is fantastic.
Thank you for your help with my EBay issue! Needless to say I was embarrassed to tell you I had been taken to the cleaners by an online jewelry store. Mr. Conte was most gracious and wrote a letter for me at no charge. Ebay honored his appraisal and my money was refunded. I will be shopping with Crowne in the future. It pays to shop local and with someone who has integrity.

I found my perfect ring at Crown! They were extremely kind and so easy to work with! Mr. Conte went above and beyond to make sure that my ring was exactly what we wanted. When I had an issue with my ring before going out of town, they fixed the issue and also gave me a temporary ring while the issue was being taken care of. Crown Jewelers did an amazing job fixing my engagement ring after the diamond fell out. I couldn’t be more pleased, it looks brand new! I took it on Saturday and Tuesday they called to say it was ready. Workmanship, customer service is the best.
