I would honestly suggest everyone to read the reviews before even considering this company to install your sprinkler system. Our system was installed July of 2023. Just after 1 year, the system broke and caused a major water leak on our lawn. We had to have the Pearland Emergency Water crew to come in, investigate and shut off the system. When this situation was brought up to Stacey, he had the audacity to charge us $200 for the repair without even understanding / seeing what broke and what has exactly happened. Installation and quality is great...until something breaks. Then when you call Stacey Nolen doesn't sell the parts, doesn't know where to get parts, won't tell you what it is you're looking at, and all around plays dumb. I called after the freeze to see if he could sell me a damaged part - he couldn't. That's fine, he doesn't sell parts, I get it. But when I asked him what is the internal piece called and where do I go to find one his response is, "Lowes or Home Depot." Does he think I didn't try that already? Then there's s... read more

Stacey is so unprofessional and rude! He will talk nice to get your money but right after will completely ignore communication and just leave random workers at your home
They did a sprinkler job while out of town paid in advance and system does not work Stacy has blocked me since
