This was my first experience going to an imaging center and first time ever having this procedure performed. I was understandably anxious . The staff was efficient ,professional ,and at the same time cordial and friendly. They were busy but I never felt rushed. Everything is on a very tight schedule (being in the medical profession I understand the importance Of getting things done that need to be done within a specific time ) that being said they never looked frazzled,they stepped in to help each other. They were friendly, caring and professional. They had to insert an IV and and they had to inject dye into my shoulder and it was virtually painless. I had a great experience at Crown Imaging.
