For a company that makes a crap load of money they have the worst waiting area. The chairs you have to sit in until they call your name are horrible. Unbelievable for today’s standards. I’ll never go back.
Called on a Wednesday to set up an appointment, and was given an appointment for 8:30am for Friday morning that I registered! Pleasant experience. Knowledgeable, friendly, and Would recommend.
