Rude, insinuated I was too poor I contacted this property through apartments.com. Crown Heights called back, quoted me a price on a 2 bdrm & I scheduled an appointment for a tour. However, at my appointment I was told the rent was $250/month more than what I was quoted the day before. When I asked about the huge difference, the associate was rude & dismissive. Just thinking about this place makes me want to vomit. I wish I could leave less than one star. The entire time I was there was miserable and could not wait to move out. Honestly, I wasn't even going to review how bad it was until they stole $100+ from me. I had a signed written statement from them stating I would be moving out on the 2nd of the month. BAD managment The office staff is either not in the office during the hours they are supposed to be, not answering the phone or emails, or saying they will get back to you but never do. Unprofessional and immature when you do finally find someone to speak to. Everything bad that could have happened here has happened.
Gladstone Square Apts. ..... Management has always treated me fair. The grounds are always maintained. And trash is emptied every Monday. I'm pretty happy with this apt.
Gladstone Square Apartments I've lived here for about four years now,and for what I've seen,management makes sure the trash is dumped every week,the grass is cut,hallways are cleaned,and works well with those of us who live on Social Security and don't get our checks until the 3rd of each month.
