Bad managment Put up a refundable deposit and then my medical issues prevented me from moving in. Requested my deposit back and a month later STILL NO REFUND!!! I’ve called, emailed and called corporate.....STILL WAITING!!!! These people are a joke!!!!
Bad Management. Horrible place Do NOT rent from this place. They refused to waive a $75 late fee even though someone in their office specifically said "I'm fine as long as I make the payment before midnight." Well I did exactly that with no issues for several months but then they refused to waive a late fee based on the payment system delaying the payment, etc. and I should've read the info. on the website in their payment system. Rude, insinuated I was too poor I contacted this property through apartments.com. Crown Heights called back, quoted me a price on a 2 bdrm & I scheduled an appointment for a tour. However, at my appointment I was told the rent was $250/month more than what I was quoted the day before. When I asked about the huge difference, the associate was rude & dismissive. She said that the rental prices change daily & asked that I not waste her time if I couldn't afford to live there. I was hoping that new management & some renovations ... read more
Just thinking about this place makes me want to vomit. I wish I could leave less than one star. The entire time I was there was miserable and could not wait to move out. Honestly, I wasn't even going to review how bad it was until they stole $100+ from me. I had a signed written statement from them stating I would be moving out on the 2nd of the month. BAD managment The office staff is either not in the office during the hours they are supposed to be, not answering the phone or emails, or saying they will get back to you but never do. Unprofessional and immature when you do finally find someone to speak to. Everything bad that could have happened here has happened.
