Verified Renter Happy with apartment. I dislike how thin the walls and floors are, I can hear my neighbor below me snoring that's how thin they are. I run a fan 24/7 to block out noise. In conjunction, I hate the guilt I feel just walking around my own apartment because the floors creek everywhere you walk and I know can be heard below. So happy with the washer and dryer replacements, my clothes don't smell burnt when they come out of the dryer anymore. Bad managment Put up a refundable deposit and then my medical issues prevented me from moving in. Requested my deposit back and a month later STILL NO REFUND!!! I’ve called, emailed and called corporate.....STILL WAITING!!!! These people are a joke!!!!
Bad Management. Horrible place Do NOT rent from this place. They refused to waive a $75 late fee even though someone in their office specifically said "I'm fine as long as I make the payment before midnight." Well I did exactly that with no issues for several months but then they refused to waive a late fee based on the payment system delaying the payment, etc. and I should've read the info. on the website in their payment system.
