I’ve never dealt with a more inconsiderate and unprofessional stylist. She shows up late to her own appointments, then has the nerve to act like I’m the one wasting her time. Instead of listening to what I want, she tries to tell me what I “did and didn’t do” with my own hair — completely dismissive and condescending. To top it off, she outright refused to provide service when I expressed my concerns. If you value your time, money, and basic respect, look elsewhere. Crystal was very polite and professional! This was my daughter's first time getting a silk press and trim. She did an excellent job and didn't take long. She answered all my questions. We will definitely be coming back.
This is an awesome beauty salon and is owned and operated by Crystal who has excellent skills and an excellent work ethic!
Great atmosphere and clean! Crystal is a nice, respectful, humble person. I love my hair!
