We LOVE living here. The apartments are very homey and any maintenance issues we have are taken care of right away!

I have lived here for a couple years now and the staff here as worked very hard to make me and my daughter feel at home. There is a lot to do here if you like to swim, cookout, fish, etc. Also, they host fun events here on a regular basis with foodtrucks, music, you name it. Crown Chase is truly top notch and I would never live in any other complex!

Whatever you do do not move into any place associated with crown chase. They do not care about tenants just making money.

Treat management like you treat used car salesmen. They will tell you one thing verbally during your first visit and get your first months rent and deposit, then produce an addendum to the contract when you take possession of the apartment that contradicts everything previously said. They only care about what's in writing rather than what you were promised. I can't wait to be out of here.
