I bought my car about two and a half month ago, the experience started off easy as easy as car buying can be. Clearance and Angela helped as much as they could to get me in a car . I purchased a 2008 Chrysler Town & Country LX minivan in February. Nice in good shape. The perfect van for space for my children! However... I had to replace brakes and rotors in less than 3 months. As well as pay for a master switch for the driver side window. In which NONE OF THIS IS COVERED IN THE LIMITED WARRANTY. I honeslty do not believe they did a full body check on the vehicle before I signed my paperwork. She was pretty much looking to make a sale. Overall I am satisfied. Especially that my payments are bi weekly
If you EVER was skeptical in purchasing a car with knowing your credit is bad or you just don't have the highest down deposit that most places want you to have then crown is the place to go. Their customer service is everything you wish for. You go in today I bet you will hear nothing but what can we do for you. Not this is what we will like you to so or sorry we can't help you at this time. They gave me hope. Very honest people and I HIGHLY recommended them
I love Crown bought a car from them 2013 car will be paid off in two months or less hopefully. The payment was right for my budget and my car is still on good condition. I'm need a break from making car payments HA! But when I'm ready to get a new car again I'm defiently going back to Crown!
This place is so fucked up...ghetto ,rude customer service reps and dealers get paper work wrong thus tagging you with late payment calls and text ... worst decision to buy a car from this place ever
Okay.. In all fairness car salesman get a bad reputation and I am the Queen of skepticism.. I purchased a 2011 Buick the day before Thanksgiving....This is my first and last time purchasing from Crown Auto the service during the sales process was great from Moe and Clarence. My husband and I were very pleased to start off and proud to be supporting a minority owned company. The nightmare started a little over a week after our purchase when the car started cutting off in the middle of traffic and automatic shifting was clearly not working properly.
