Corporate rude af. The general sales leader rude af. Heard they got shut down before and opened as a different name. At first I didn’t believe it. But I believe it Now. They’ll talk to you like you’re a nobody but you’re paying their bills! I DONT GET IT. I would say more but all ima say is DONT GO HERE!!! Save yourself the trouble cause crown got some stuff with them foreal.

The customer service and the unwillingness to help when going through a tough time after being there for 5 yrs, disrespectful and embarrassing. Even after speaking to the VP I was given well wishes...."Fuck you pay me" attitude. Wow after all the money I paid....thanks for nothing.
Wow I got a 2011 Dodge Charger June of 2015 which was a complete problem from day one and it was still sold to me!!!! Awful !!! The tire pressure light was on, service keyless entry and then check engine light was on. I received a promise to device needless to say that never got done when I called multiple times I was told since it was so close to the deadline of which it is honored I had to speak with John Gerst.
