Went for a tooth extraction consultation for my son - They said he needed them pulled but I asked them to make sure it was covered by my insurance first - They never called me back to let me know either way - When I called them back a month later they said I would get faster answers if I had made the appointment for the surgery and then cancel if I needed to later (That's Ridiculous!) but I did it - then found out it wasn't covered because the teeth were "outside" the gums (which is medical not dental) and was told it would ... read more

I had no issue with the majority of the staff but there was one of the surgical assistants, I believe her name was Takarra, that was extremely rude to me. I tried asking her some questions but she just blew me off. I am seriously considering switching to another surgeon because of this experience. My advice if you go here is to get any other assistant than her.
They made sure every question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions. Their staff is friendly and welcoming and helped make sure my insurances were coordinated and covered as much as possible. They are warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them and the Doctor's thoroughness in my follow up.
