After two weeks, no response to emails, I had to call to find out that they had no cores for my application and they didn’t know when they’ll have any in stock. No apology or anything. On top of that, it took 20 minutes for them to even find my order. I expected much better from Crower
Horrible customer service. I called to get a dimension for a part that was not listed in the literature. After four phone calls, and several emails, I still do not have the dimension. None of my emails have been returned. The tech representative refused even take my email address so the dimension could be sent over later. I just don't understand why there has been such refusal to collect this dimension for me.

Great service. Purchased a balance delete, baffle and now some t2 turbo cams for my mazda 6 duratec 2.3 n/a turbo conversion build. Yes i know about the mps but the standard 6 is cheap as chips and everywhere. Also that weight saving coming in at 1.2t You guys seriously didn’t need to send the vvt delete kit too😅 I’m keeping the vvt to squeeze a lil more juice out of it
Shane from Crower is amazing! He helped Donovan Motorcar Service retrieve a VERY expensive set of connecting rods that were sent to the incorrect address (my fault). He went over and beyond to go to the address and bring the product back to his shop and started working on them immediately!!! I would highly recommend this company
The best parts being made, hands down ! Plus I have yet to find an off the shelf pontiac cam that makes power like a Crower cam does.
Worst business ever. Still don’t have the right camshaft after 700 dollars and a month later. Our race team is waiting on them. Feel like I’m being punked. Plus a couple of the guys I talked to were so rude. No customer service. Stick with a cam company. Apparently they do to much to get things right. Horrible business. Very unprofessional.
Dyno’s are hard on everything in an engine, but thanks to the great service at Crower Cams & Equipment Co. that help us keep The Mutt going strong year after year. It’s the busiest time of the season and they helped us out with the greatest care and service, faster than we could imagine. This is why we sick the the best! Thanks to Louis and his crew The Mutt
