Very disappointed in there service, or lack thereof. They were very helpful on the phone, but the day they were supposed to come out, they had us run the water most of the day, when they knew it leaked out. It wasn't till that evening when they said they couldn't make it. Needless to say all that water leaked out. My husband is a double amputee and was hoping to use the pool for therapy. Noe they will not return phone calls.

RecommendedHad our Jetsetter Spa delivered and set up. Everyone was very professional. Installation went flawlessly. Sam took his time as he explained the care and maintenance. It was refreshing to see that he was willing to be here as long as necessary. Jeff, our salesman, followed up to see if everything is working well. We are very happy with our Spa and with the company.
my parents spent almost 2000 on a pool and it had no instructions, no ladder, no vaccum..i do not recommend going here its a rip off i would definetly go somewhere else especially somewhere who cared enough about their customers to tell them ..sorry u dont have a way in and out of your pool or instructions to put it together! wow
The Crowell team went above and beyond helping us with our 2011 spa repair from 2,000 miles away! We are located in the US Virgin Islands and after many phone calls around St. John, St. Thomas and St. Croix we turned to our former hometown to find help. Jeff and team not only expedited the parts over the holidays they talked my husband through the panel & board upgrade AND walked him through the software install over the phone! This is one of the best customer experiences we have had in a lifetime. Thank you so much 🏆
Jeff and his crew are amazing! Jeff was very thorough in helping us select the hot tub that met our expectations. Follow up is exceptional, as he phoned and emailed as promised and delivered and set up our spa seamlessly! we look forward to doing all our business with Crowell Pools and Spas!
We were first time pool owners! Crowell came to the rescue and turned our pool from slime green to crystal clear water!!! They were so nice and great!!! Highly recommend their service.
I have always had excellent service with Crowells. I unfortunately went with aloha for certain deals n a huge huge mistake on my part. If u want a pool that doesn’t take 2 mos to put up a pool that takes two days, go with Crowells. Excellent ppl!!!
