These folks were a god sent when I started having problems with my car. They did it quickly and didn't try and jack me around like most shops will do to you. Also being a woman, it's hard to trust anyone to not try and screw me over when it comes to vehicles. Kevin kept me comfortable with the situation and made it to where I could leave my car and actually be able to breathe! The cost was lower than a lot of places and I will definitely be using them from now on for everything my car needs!
Kevin is the best! He has always treated me and my family like his own. He takes pride in his work and has the best customer service around!! He makes it his top priority to get your vehicle running smoothly and back to you promptly! So thankful we have him to rely on!! A+++

Kevin and his staff have taken care of my cars for 15 years. I could not ask for better service. Before Crowell Automotive, I hated to take my car to the shop because I never knew what would be done and what it would cost. I would recommend this shop to anyone, but most especially ladies who need a good and honest mechanic to truly take care of their car.
