Worst experience ever with this place which leaves me with a damaged car that’s not able to get repaired because on the manager, Keith, who seems to have discrimination issues. He is very rude and has been trying to get over on me since the start of my repairs with this shop. I wouldn’t recommend a fly to even enter this place!

I absolutely recommend. Local dealership had my truck for almost two weeks and couldn’t find the exact cause of the problem. Crowell had it fixed in three days and even put up with extended warranty group.
Great group of people! They fixed my car quickly and were so kind and helpful during the whole process. They are honest and treat you like family! This was my first experience at Crowell Automotive, but with my future car repairs I wouldn't go anywhere else in Mobile!
