I have had the unfortunate experience several times now of dealing with your receptionist. She could be the most unpleasant person I’ve ever had to deal with ever. Someone should remind her that she’s the face of your practice. She looks at you like you’re so below her - if she takes her eyes off her screen. She’s a little too high class to be dealing with commoners.
