No one likes going to the dentist, but when you have to (like I did) this is the place to go. There are so many things that go into a good dental experience. The people, their knowledge, the way the office looks and feels, etc. All I can say is Waynesboro Family Dentistry is top notch on all counts. From the young lady at the front desk, to the hygenist, to the dentist himself, all were friendly, professional and (most importantly) very good at what they do. I am happy with the service I receive at this dentist.
I recently had an appointment for a routine checkup. Due to weather, the appointment had been rescheduled. The office staff were pleasant and helpful. The office was clean and welcoming. My checkup started promptly and was very thorough. I met Dr. Thompson who is new and seems to be a good fit.
The staff, both behind the front counter and beside the chair, were professional and courteous.
