I am seeing Dr. Ingersol and have been for two years. My experience has been itching short of amazing. He is attentive, knowledgeable and has excellent bedside manner. More then that there is a nurse named Marylynn and what an amazing woman she is. Talk about going above and beyond, I never met anyone like her. I've been using a GP at Crouse Medical Practice on Irving Ave in Syracuse for years, and the care has been adequate. My experience with their front staff and with appointment scheduling, however, has been terrible. In September 2025, I rescheduled an appointment for January 2026 (their earliest opening!). When I showed up to my appointment, I was told that my doctor was not in the office. Dr Buchan and the Manlius office are amazing, very professional, she always listens and spends time with me. I always tell people who are asking for advice on getting a PCP to go to Crouse Medical Practice as they are great.
