I have had the best experiences with Dr. Moorthi. He always gives me the time I need during my appt's
I have been to this doctor three times for chronic pain in my back, pelvis and legs over the last five months and all he does is meet with me for a few minutes, refer me elsewhere and says to see him again in two or three months. He offers absolutely no pain management solutions and in my view has been a complete waste of my time. When I requested to have my records sent elsewhere the best his office could offer is a two week turnaround time. If you are in chronic pain do not expect it to be treated with any urgency.
dont waste your time here if youre not a local. Im a student in syracuse and they turned me away because I dont have a local primary care physician. I gave them everything they needed (full medical records, mri results, the prescription for my procedure) just to be turned away. They are also likely to be rude with you over the phone, they called me "annoying" for calling them trying to figure out why they werent receiving faxes from my doctor back home.
After reading the negative reviews I was nervous about going to this practice, but I had a referral from my doctor, so I thought I should give it a try. I had a very different experience than the other reviewers. Not only was the staff very friendly and helpful getting me appointments for future tests, but Dr. Moorthi himself was very friendly and answered all of my questions. To begin, I knew something had to be wrong when I received about five different confirmations of this appointment either through texts or calls. The caller kept asking if I wanted to change my appointment. I should have. On Friday, July 24, 2020, I had the first appointment of the morning. I got along with with the receptionist and the nurse.
