they have never once answered my phone calls and the mail box is full
Can't even talk to a person. I was in the ER for chest pain LAST WEEK. I tried to call the Dr I was referred to father I had chest pains again 2 days later. I got set up with a new patient appointment August. In June now....I was supposed to receive a call for a follow up ER visit that would be sooner. Never got a call back. Finally called them again. Half a month ago, this practice changed to a new portal that is nonexistent and does not work. Their phones go unanswered daily and their voicemail box is full leaving patients zero contact with their cardiologist. There is no tech person there that can handle. This is unacceptable and I expect no less from Crouse after their surgeons butchered me. Avoid!
I’ve been calling for a week, left messages. No matter what time I call the message box is full. 9:00AM??? Presently prescribed Amlodipine 5 mg. Ankles and feet grossly edematous. Stopped med. Monitored BP , very high for me, still no calls returned. Portal said make appointment, no answer, mail box full. Finally went to Nurse Practitioner @ P.C. Rx changed . To see Cardiologist July 7 ( previously scheduled) was going to reschedule but at this rate god only knows when I’d get an appointment . Will keep 7/7 !
I was treated poorly. The manager Kelly was rude. I wouldn’t recommend this office to anybody. She was loud yelling my personal information it was other people in the waiting room she violated my HIPAA . This office isn’t like any other Crouse facility. To go somewhere and be talked down to for treatment this place wasn’t for me!
