Wonderful cardiologist!!!
Be aware that this practice is poorly managed. They do not respond to repeated phone calls for medical questions. Shame on Crouse for allowing this substandard level of service to our community. Using the patient portal is the only way to get someone to reply to your concerns.

Can't even talk to a person. I was in the ER for chest pain LAST WEEK. I tried to call the Dr I was referred to father I had chest pains again 2 days later. I got set up with a new patient appointment August. In June now....I was supposed to receive a call for a follow up ER visit that would be sooner. Never got a call back. Finally called them again. Then I was told the appointment I made was with a Primary Care Dr. I told you I was calling because I was in he Er for chest pains AND you had access to my ER records. Why was ... read more
