I'm posting another review, because my first didn't include everything that has transpired. I called their billing office this morning, and was told that I hadn't been billed for this procedure or that they didn't have a copy of it. That's why I'm so upset, there are too processed charges on my credit card, one of which should not be there, in fact I was billed, I've paid the copayment. Not just incompetent. It has become exceedingly apparent to me why hospital administrators and the corporation board members become so wealthy, they are clearly criminal in nature as are their employees. I was charged twice for the copay of the same procedure, the first charge exceeding the second, and although the receptionist who made this error told me it would be reflected back on my credit card, the charge now sits there, looming and I will need to pay both charges so as not to accrue interest while my card is paid of... read more
