05/08 Sometimes we forget to acknowledge the people that go above and beyond their job description. I try not to do that and want to say that I had another amazing experience here at Crouse Imaging today. I suffer from severe anxiety and I having a CAT scan seriously adds to it. The wait for imaging results of any kind is shameful, especially when other imaging providers offer same-day or 24-hour turnaround times.
I had an ultrasound on November 29th and still don’t have the results after two weeks. I called my doctor’s office and the nurse told me it might take 4 weeks to get the results. What? That’s ridiculous, why do I have to wait 4 weeks? I got the results in two days at St Joseph’s Imaging. Crouse Imaging’s results are too slow, too slow, I won’t go there again.
results take forever...mammograms and ultrasounds taking weeks. is this a reflection of treatment of women?
