everyone is so pleasent and helpful at a stressful time for us. Dr Montgomery bed side manor is excellent.
I've been going here for mammograms for more than 40 years+have always found the staff to be very professional +caring. You can walk in without an appointment as well+never have to wait more than 30 minutes. Highly recommend this facility.
Although professional techs, never told it can take over a month to have mammo read by radiologist. Mammo done July 17th, told on Aug 6th that they are currently reading those done on July 1st! When called complaint ofc is hospital was told they are suppose to tell you at the time of appointment it can take months to get a final report and that's all they can do. Will be changing where I get my next mammo!!!
They have horrible service and the secretaries and nurses are completely rude. They have no consideration for the patients or their privacy.
