My company has been leasing office space throughout Georgia since 1989. Crotts has been by far and away the worst landlord. When we moved into Montreal 2000 in 2015 the cleaning crew used the space we paid for as their storage. During Covid they turned the office into their apartment. We were paying rent for the cleaning crew to reside there. At no time did Crotts make any attempt to remove them from our space. I lease office space from them in the Phoenix Office Park in College Park, GA. I have never had worse professional communication from a company that I do business with in my life. Maintenance issues are handled with no sense of urgency and there is deception in how things are handled. Lots of band aids being put on issues without permanent resolutions. I will be glad when my lease is over. I Do no recommend leasing as long as the current leasing staff is in place. Communication is terrible.
