Josh is absolutely amazing. Everytime I called, him he answered . He was always super positive, honest, and knowledgeable. He closed on the first house we put on offer on and calmed me through all my stressing out. He was extremely professional and kind every step up the way. I will recommend him to anyone I know wanting to sell or buy a home.
