Great food- so glad they have opened here in town. The chicken tenders were just that- tender and moist. Try the Papi Fritas - goodness on a plate!
So I really hate to do this BUT, my husband and I went to the new Crosstown Pub and Grill in Batavia - the location has been lots of failed restaurants and we really wanted to support it. So we saw an open table in the bar area - went to sit down and the head restaurant jerk comes over slaps a reserve ticket on the table and tells us we have to check in at the front…….I’m okay with him reserving a table, but there are right ways and wrong to handle this! Barbara, I am the owner. We have 2 main managers both of whose name is Eric. It sounds very odd that either would have done something that agressive. However, I do apologize for that experience I wouldn't like that either. I have spoken directly to both and I guarantee this will not happen again. We pride ourselves on being a family run establishment and of course wouldn't want any experience to happen like this. I may be an employee here but I've been going to the other location for years before I started working at this one!!! That's why I was so pumped when I found out they were opening this location! I'm so happy they let me be part of this awesome Xteam!!! I hope everyone else enjoys them just as much as I have!!!!

I have been at the one in Naperville many times and the wings are the best I've ever had by far. Cannot wait to try the one in Batavia, which is 5 minutes from my house.
