Crosstown Pub in Batavia is our favorite place to go and have great food. They have Excellent beer choices. The staff is so attentive and friendly.
This place is excellent. I dine here often, and come in for drinks with friends. Service is great and any (rare) issues are addressed promptly and fixed. Friendly staff, my out of town pals love coming here when they are around visiting. Just a great, chill, tasty place with an awesome beer menu.
This establishment needs to close! This is literally the fifth time we've tried to eat here and the service is beyond below standard! So we go to the bar and every open table is dirty. My wife proceeds to clean the table off her self. After a few minutes a waitress walks our way and passes our dirty, nasty table to ask the people next to us if they need anything. What ever happened to customer service?!?!? By far the worst service I've ever had and any pub!
