My daughter lived here. They collected rent from her as well a the city development. They are rude and disrespectful told her she had 24 hours to let terri know if she was going to stay or move. After telling her she was terminated from HUD which was incorrect. She was then approved for a two bedroom and was not allowed to choose the floor plan.... And paid the deposit but was never actually allowed to take possession. So they got 1200 plus a deposit and refused to give her the deposit for either back. Saying she didn't put ... read more
New management is really cleaning up the place. Yay. So much improvement. Jimmie and William are awesome and really know there maintenance. They are always working on the property, Grounds look amazing. Office staff are so friendly and helpful. Thank you for all the hard work.
