I liked the community and was going to move in Feb. The apt i was looking for was not available for viewing till move-in date. However even without looking at the place I agreed move-in. I did all the payments ($300 - 100 application fees, 100 admin, 100 deposit ) and completed most paperwork.Unfortunately one day before move-in i got to know from my employer that i HAVE to take an apartment in the Durham county because of my visa was for the Durham-Chapelhill location and I… See more

I recommend the apartments the layout is amazing but other then that it’s a quiet place to live an the staff is amazing

The entire layout is so good.You don't feel like over crowded anytime.The apartments are designed well with enough room for fresh air and natural light.The maintenance is very quick to respond.I love love love my community:)
