Yamaha you have a gem in Crossroads Yamaha! Many of your dealers could learn something from them as they're the best that I've come in contact with. From Jason in sales, Carmen in F&I to Peyden in parts, first class from beginning to end for my 700R. Called them and received just what they say...a straight up out the door price netter than any other I had found. No runaround no surprises. They could not have been nicer. The deal was done over the phone and they delivered our brand new waverunner an hour away from them and we signed the papers at the ramp. They even put it in the water for us. I just signed the papers for a new Yamaha FZ 07. I had called around 7 or 8 dealerships and these guys have BY FAR the best deals around from Charlotte to Hickory to Greensboro etc. Everyone is super helpful and down to earth. Great experience buying my new RZR. Carmen and Payden were great. Payden even let me test drive a couple machines in the rain without hesitation. He got wet, machines got dirty, but it wasn't a problem. I bought several accessories and took some time to pick them out and changed my mind a couple of times and never felt like I was rushed. They are brand new to Polaris but still seemed pretty knowledgeable on the product.
Perfect people to work with what a great experience with the purchase of my first unit. I've been looking for awhile and found the perfect situation that fit my budget. And it's not just one person there it's a whole staff u can't go wrong with these guys
