The staff at Crossroads are very professional and they get things done in a very, very timely manner. The particular day I went in to purchase my motorcycle, they were swamped with customers, yet they made each and everyone of us feel comfortable and at home so nobody minded the wait time, which was minimal. The staff at Crossroads is AWESOME! After being given the run around by another company, we made a short trip to their location and we are so glad we did!
