To say that these guys (and gals) are wonderful is truly an understatement! The moment you walk in the door, you aren't just a customer, you're family! They make you feel right at home. They are all so knowledgable and always go above and beyond to make sure the buyer is satisfied. We were in and out with our new birthday surprise in less than 30 minutes! Thank you all so much and we look forward to seeing you again when our son is old enough to ride! ;)
Many other dealers didn't act like they wanted to help me. But crossroads went and got my fourwheeler that was two hours away and stayed after their working hours to make sure I got it. They also stayed in contact with me the whole day. Can't say that about any other yamaha shop.

I can't say enough good things about these guys! Payden was absolutely fantastic to work with. He took every means necessary to make sure our experience was a good one. He even delivered our Ranger directly to our home, 2 hours away. They also had the best prices in all of western North Carolina. We'll be purchasing from them again!!! Excellent buying experience...John and Payden were awesome. We had been to several Polaris dealers and not even been greeted, came to Crossroads and was immediately greeted by Carmen. We called a few days later and was a given a price over the phone and that was what we paid...no hidden fees, even stayed late so we could pick it up today! Highly recommend!
