Use to be the only place I would buy boots. Now they are my last choice. Customer service sucks and their selection left a lot to be desired when I was in last week. No one wanted to help and when I did finally get someone to talk to me...I was told the selection was low because they were changing ownership.

Since leaving Arkansas in 2007, we've returned to Little Rock at least once a year, and that trip always includes a visit to Crossroads. This year did not disappoint; was able to get some new jeans and shirts.
If your looking for a place to purchase your next pair of boots or westren attire, Crossroads is the only place to go!! Knowledgable, Friendly staff that makes you experience easy and enjoyable!! The selection is breathtaking!!!
These ladies, Terry Lynne and Jessica, were exemplary employees. They made my boot buying experience second to none. I couldn't think of a way to improve. Thanks!!!!
My dad bought some cowboy boots from there and a couple days they messest up in him don't buy anything from them.
