Extremely disappointed in this store and will likely never return. My family and I went in with the intention to buy several cowboy hats tonight and also needed a hat shaped. We were in the store for about 10 minutes, were the only ones there shopping and never got asked if we needed help. We struggled to get hats off the top hat racks while 3 employees stood around.
