The entire Crossroad staff are amazing! I started bringing my 17 year old cat to them toward the end of her life and were so caring and genuine and treated her wonderfully. When I decided that her quality of life wasn't there anymore, they helped me through this terrible time in my life with complete compassion for me and my family. Now my husband and I adopted a stray puppy and they took wonderful care of her making sure she is has a perfect bill of health.
