The entire Crossroad staff are amazing! I started bringing my 17 year old cat to them toward the end of her life and were so caring and genuine and treated her wonderfully. When I decided that her quality of life wasn't there anymore, they helped me through this terrible time in my life with complete compassion for me and my family.
