This was the first time I have taken both of my Sphynx babies to a new vet and I was very happy with the character and kindness the staff showed my cats. My little girl is extremely nervous around new people but with them she was a lot calmer and I was very happy that I was able to bring them both at the same time.
Very caring and kind. I had to put my dog down and they went above and beyond to give me time to say goodbye and let the process be as loving as possible.
Thank you to the entire staff, for taking our emergency visit last night. Thank you for not dismissing our concerns, and treating our dog like it was your own.
I love this place! Everyone is very friendly. Whoever’s at the check in always comes around to give Nahla a belly rub. The vet is really good and always takes his time to answers any questions. Vet tech is amazing. Nahla loves going there.
Me and my dog LOVE Crossroads! We have been in and out of their office pretty frequently this year and we are thankful to be working with such a dedicated, compassionate team. They have removed three tumors from my dog and each time they have done an excellent job! To remove the last tumor they had to amputate two of my dogs toes. We are out of town so Lokey had to get his stitches removed by a different vet and they told me that whoever did his stitches did an amazing job! 10/5 stars. Best vet experience ever. Our pit I’ll mix has had several problems since we adopted her 6 months ago and since then she has been to this vet like 4 or 5 times for checkups and most recently had 3 teeth pulled. All the nurses and the doctors are extremely friendly and helpful, they take the time to remember the dogs and the owners. Every time I go in there they are so excited to see Mauve again and they actually take the time to ask about our other dog even though he hasn’t been to the vet in almost 8 months! I f... read more
The clinic did an amazing job with helping Stevie get back to where he needed to be. They were very compassionate and answered all the questions we had. When leaving Stevie for the day the Dr Schroeder called every chance he could to update us. Thank you. I would definitely recommend him to others.
