Absolutely wonderful. Got me right in for a check up. Gendered my rabbit correctly, took amazing care of him, (breeder and my first vet told me female when in fact he was a boy!) Dr Singbeil was so nice! My new favorite vet!
THANK YOU Dr. Bruce for helping us get Scoopie through another not wanting to eat crisis. She is eating well & playing with her catnip toy - you & your clinic are PAWESOME!
Very reasonable pricing - fast service and care!
worst experience here! I will never bring an animal here again.
I have great respect and appreciation for Dr. Bruce Singbeil. I'm so glad that I was referred to Crossroads Vet for my chicken, who was suffering with a cracked eggshell stuck in her, and a prolapsed vent. I honestly thought she wouldn't make it. Dr. Singbeil worked her in to his already filled day, and deftly removed the broken shell and reduced the swelling almost immediately. Brought my Baby in for an Ear Infection, Dr seemed distracted by injured cat that came in before us. 12 hours later my Baby went into Respiratory Distress and Congestive Heart Failure. He had never had any symptoms or been diagnosed with a Heart Murmur before. I don't know what truly happened, probably never will - but the LACK of compassion and empathy shown to us by the Dr at Crossroads Vet was appalling and so hurtful. I had to call again a week later, and at that time requested a refund for services rendered - all I got ... read more
My cat Lani damages her back paw and it needed checking out. My normal vet had no availability so I called this place and they had a free slot in the afternoon. They kept her for about an hour and now she’s back home recovering. The only negative experience is that they could have warned me she may just pee without warnings as now I have a comforter in the washing machine.
The staff is wonderful. Dr. Bruce took care of my cat Sammy 9 years ago after bringing him home from the shelter. Sammy was so sick with a cold. I happened to have a list of local vets. I tried at least 3 on my list and they didn’t have appointments until the next day. Sammy was to sick to wait that long and I got an appointment within a few hours that day and Sammy got better and had we had to wait even a day more he would have gotten far worse and the cost of treating a cold would have been so much more costly. Over the ye... read more
