This looked like a lot of fun last night. Too bad the staff at the door had to be so ugly and rude to us! We were in Fredericksburg celebrating a birthday. The one with the birthday had a drivers license that she has renewed online but only had the old license with her last night. The staff at the door (thinking manager) rudely told us she couldn't enter because TABC rules say you can't enter with an expired license. WHICH ISNT TRUE!!! I checked. Went here for a girls night night-cap and it was wonderful!!!! Kyle & AJ were so attentive and amazing the drinks, music and ambiance were top notch!
The food is amazing. The service was.not the best.. but i the food made up for it.
The AUSTIN PARTY BAND ♡ loves ♡Crossroads Saloon .....one of the best steaks I've ever eaten!!!!!....the service is AWESOME ....everyone that works there is so kind and accommodating ....not to mention the live music crowd.... They have some of the biggest and best shrimp ever!
Electricity went out due to weather and the staff handled it very well. We were still served in a timely manner and the food was great! Great food and great company.
The food is fine and our waitress was great. However, the person directing people to the pathway to the door needs to be fired. He spoke to my parents, who simply did not hear him or know he was talking to them, in such a disgusting manner he needs to be terminated. As I see from other reviews, this likely won't be addressed but I hope people stop spending money here until he is fired.
