Childhood favorite right here. Pizza is bomb! Owner is awesome love the staff as well.
Just spend 25 dollars on a pizza it gets here an hour later and cold called ask to speak to the “manager” and they put some person named Mina that isn’t the manager and all she said is I can give you a 5 dollar credit and if we want another pizza we had to wait another hour had an attitude the whole time poor customer service then call back one more time and Nancy answered the phone same attitude as the first person they need to train the people there better I would never go here again if I could give 0 stars I would’ve
Horrible customer service experience waited Over a hour for my pizza it got here cold. I then called back and ask to speak to a manager named mina. However there ended up being no manager on staff. After spending 25$ on pizza they only want to give me 5$ credit instead of full credit. Never going to go there again. They need to retrain there employes properly !!
I love crossroads but extremely disappointed right now. I ordered online just for them to call me an say they are closed even though there no snow on the roads yet. To top it off have to wait a few days for my money to be refunded. �
Good pizza and the service is great. We are regulars here.
