They don't listen and they lied about delivery time it took them 1 hour and 45 minutes to deliver a freezing cold pizza.
Decided to order a chicken orzo soup and received a bowl of broth and veggies. No chicken at all and very little orzo. Other items are...okay. Wouldn’t recommend them.
Ive been ordering from crossroads for YEARS.... recently I ordered food but had a change of mind. I called and wanted to cancel BUT I told them if the food was already made then I would take it... they said that it was okay to cancel and no problem. Now... when I wanted to make an order today, they hung up in my face so I called back and asked why and was told They would no longer deliver to me because of that recent cancel. SO UNPROFESSIONAL they need to change the employees specially the ones that answer the phones.

I have never had a bad experience at Crossroads. Sometimes I visit, the staff is always courteous, most times I order online for delivery. The food is always hot and to my expectations. Thank you.
