Don’t buy a car here this people screwed me over when I bought a **** R8 from the owner they told me the car fax was clean and then it turns out damage was reported They don’t text back or call back

Hands down the Worst dealership I have ever dealt with. The sales guy was not knowledgeable and he repeatedly added extra charges to the price of the car and only took them off when I argued about him placing them on the invoice. He did this each time we 'haggled' and he "went to talk to his manager". The Service Department is horrible!!!! I keep getting contradictory information from the same employee, the Assistant Manager. The dealer lied to us about the warranty. They refused to acknowledge their mistake. The manager then came and lied to us about it saying no one told us that. Which was not even 2 minutes after the salesman apologized for it. The service manager tried to tell us that our climate is critical on cars and we have to do twice as many oil changes (ever 3.5k miles) in order to keep the warranty on the car. One of the worst overall experiences of my life. I have been sad and crying for days. To say that our experience here was disappointing would be an understatement. We purchased a used car from Hyundai Crossroads, it is a used vehicle so we had expected to be fixing stuff. Our salesman was absolutely awesome his name is Michael.
